The Second CHIC project meeting took place this March 30-31st in London. The meeting was visited by London’s Vice Mayor Kit Malthouse who gave an inspirational speech on London’s aims and ambitions to progress with Clean public transport activities fuelled with hydrogen. The overall message was that Fuel Cell Hydrogen powered transport can play a major role in improving local air quality and there is not better time than the present to make it happen.
During the 2 days the project team exchanged ideas and actions each have brought into the project. However, as the meeting took place in London, all members of the CHIC team were able to view first hand the progress and activities the members of the CHIC London team in getting the CHIC buses in regular service.
