The operation of the yellow hydrogen-powered buses of the Swiss PostAuto company attracted the interest of the Czech press earlier this month. The buses are running within the framework of the EU-cofunded Clean Hydrogen In European Cities (CHIC) project.
“Vehicles are gathering at the train station in Brugg, where you start off at regular intervals on your route. Buses linked to all connections suburban S-Bahn trains, running from Zurich, but also express trains that connect Basel with Zurich. Vehicles can drive the LH2 on one filling of up to 250 kilometers without emitting harmful emissions,” reads the article.
